Refund policy

We get it — sometimes the wrong size gets picked, or something just doesn’t feel right. Here's how we handle it:

If you ordered the wrong item or size, no big deal. Just send it back to us with your order number(shipping would be on you) to 215 Coca-Cola Pl unit 208, San Antonio, TX 78219. Once it’s on the way, shoot us an email with the tracking number and let us know what you’d like to do — refund or exchange (and what size or item you want instead). As soon as your return shows up, we’ll handle it from there.

If we’re the ones who messed up — wrong item, wrong size, or something arrived looking off — that’s on us. We’ll send you a prepaid return label, and once the item’s on its way back, we’ll fix the issue with either a refund or the right product, whichever you prefer.

Just one thing: we only accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of your order date. After that, we can’t take anything back — but if you’re running into a weird issue, hit us up anyway. We’ll always try to help where we can.
