Please allow 1–3 business days for all orders to be processed before they ship.

Domestic orders ship via USPS Ground and typically arrive within 3–7 business days after processing. International orders ship via DHL Air, with transit times varying by destination. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by their country.

Local Pick-Up

All pickup orders must be picked up within 7 days of purchase. Store pickup hours are:

Tuesday–Friday: 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM
Saturday: 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Sunday–Monday: Closed

Missed pickups will be restocked after a 24-hour grace period and issued as store credit.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is entered and the order is delivered to that address, Faded Culture cannot replace or refund the order. If a package is returned to us by the carrier due to an incorrect address, we'll gladly reship it once the customer pays the new shipping cost, or the address is corrected before reshipping
